Teaching Music In The Year 2050

When the article says that we may be listening to the music with more than our ears I can't help but think of the movie Total Recall. Employment Application 2050

So, this is what it has become. The United States has a master job application for every employment opportunity in the country. We use security codes to protect our identity until we actually get the job. America has become so scared to offend anyone or make people feel that they are not given a fair opportunity for employment. We have created a sure proof way to give a person a chance for a job without having their hiring process influenced by their sex or gender. Everyone is now given a true equal opportunity for employment.
Gone are the days when a person with maybe lesser qualifications can make up for that by 'selling themselves'. Dedication to previous employers, attendance, and personality no longer matter.
The latest figures, according to The United States Security Codes Commission, put the unemployment rate at 67% for fiscal year 2049. These figures are slighty less than the previous 3 years. A downward slope in the economy projects the year 2050 to have an unemployment rate of 71%. Gender in the Workplace in 2050

In 2050, the workplace will be more diverse. More and more people will get the education needed to excel in the workplace, leaving the competition very fierce between everyone. In the future, more women will be in corporate positions. The workplace will be evenly distributed between sex and so will the household. With more women in the workforce, the family will have to split household duties. Men will often be cooking, while women working and vice versa. 2050 is a time for equality and gender free careers. Everyone will be given an opportunity to succeed because of their skills, not their gender. (Opinion of Jennifer Marino)

In 2050, we will have increasing diversity in the workplace. The workplace will include; women, minorities, elderly, disabled, lesbian, gays, bisexuals and men. Higher education will prepare workers. There will be positive results due to the diversity. Corporations will look at employees for what they can bring to the company and not what their gender is. Women will be paid similar to men for similar positions. Those that felt left behind in earlier years left organizations and focused on their own businesses. Companies have become family friendly. The Classroom in 2050

Where are we heading? Technology is changing every day and we are getting our information now from the internet as well as the library, teachers, etc. Just look at the online schooling we are taking. No need for expensive classrooms, and the cost to maintain and run the building. We can be taught now by teachers across the globe. Will the classroom and the problems teachers are now facing with dicipline and irate parents be a thing of the past? I believe so. By 2050, we will have conference schooling from the convenience of your own home. Children will rely on social gatherings and community involvement to learn social skills. There will be learning chips that a student can put in their teaching system and interact with other students. No need for school busses, lunch rooms and custodial services. There will be hands on training available at the different museums and the education system will offer field trips with hands on experiences for the children. It will be a relaxed enjoyable experience with little peer pressure. Structured schools will be for those with learning disabilites or special needs. More parents will be working from home and have a hand in teaching their children and caring for their older relatives. (Opinion of Pamela Peters 2007)

House Construction in 2050

It is my belief that there will always be the older homes, and traditional building materials. Society will look for new ways to save energy and to help the house and family run smoothly together. Today, there is a certain percentage of the population that love the older homes and will live in nothing else. Hunterdon County, New Jersey is a settling place for many of these people. Society is always hesitant to try new building materials. If we look to the 1980's we see a perfect example of new material gone bad. Homes and especially townhomes and condos were built with fire retardent roofs. These were found to deteriate quickly over a few years. Then there are the contemporary style home. Not for the likes of too many people. They are seen as cold and unwelcoming by many. People love natural woods, and the warmth of bringing outside in and inside out. Perhaps the homes will be built to withstand severe weather conditions and fires but not much has changed in the last 50 years aside from larger square footage and more modern appliances.
